There is a full bathroom downstairs for convenience, while the upstairs of this building contains an additional 2 full bathrooms in AC, along with the dock master's office, laundry facilities, and a common room with a large screen TV to swap stories over morning coffee with the other boat owners. Each slip offers 220-Volt/50 Amp electrical connection, as well as a water connection on the pedestal at the head of each slip. Pump outs can be done easily right in your own slip. WIFI is also available in the marina. This location is premier with no bridges to get to the Atlantic, and quick access to the Gulf via Vaca Cut with a bridge clearance of 15'. For higher clearances, you are nearest to the 7 Mile Bridge, or make your way further up the Keys, to the Channel 5 Bridge.
